Job Title: Male Church Secretary

Job Description

• To effectively handle and manage the administration of the church office to ensure a smooth flow of operational activities in the office.
• To act as a Personal Assistant to the Residence Pastor by ensuring that all church matters and activities are well-taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

• Running the Church Office administration effectively
• Ensuring that the entire church premises are clean.
• Proper arrangements of files and records.
• Taking notes and writing minutes of the meeting.
• Restricting unauthorized access to the office, files and computer system
• Ensuring that all office equipment is properly maintained and in working condition at all times
• Supervising the activities of the security guard
• Petty Cash management.
• Banking of Church collections.
• Preparation and submission of all church administrative reports including I/E reports.
• Supervised procurement activities and contracted vendors.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 per month.
