Job Description
- Offer daily operations and system support to personnel
- Verify functionality of hard ware and soft ware components
- Conduct consistent network back up operations
- Installing and configuring compter hard ware, soft ware, systems,network, printers, projectors and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled manitances upgrades
- Knowlwdge of website, email hosting, designs and implementation
- Trouble shooting hardware and sift ware issues in persons or remotely and via phone
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer soft ware and hard ware fault
- Maintaining records of soft ware lincenses
- Maintaining records of hardware gadgets
- Improving users experience on website regularly
- Setting up accounts for staff and educating on login and resolvingissues arising
- Reparing equipments and replacing parts
- Ensure full compliance of website with all laws and regulations
- Update of HTML ,CSS and javascript/Php regularly
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc in any field with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
