Job Title: Training & Development Manager
Location: Abuja
Summary
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics,Standared, evaluates productivity, and make sure that standered and organisation culture are followed and helps workers create long-term career plans
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs
- Supervise technical training for staff.
- Create brochures and training materials.
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Conduct performance evaluations....
- Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
- Supervise the monitoring team for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Practical use of computer applications and ability to teach and Excellent management skills
- Computer Science degree is preferred but not required.
- Computer literate in Microsoft, Lotus, Adobe ,Corel, and other industry applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A team player
