Job Title: Group Human Resources Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preferred candidate must be a HR Generalist with competences in recruitment and training facilitations; motivation and performance management; staff management and conflict resolution; partnering with departments to achieve organizational goals; etc.

Requirements

• Applicantmust be graduates with proficiency in the use of computer.
• Applicant must possess a minimum of 12 years HR work experience garnered from reputable manufacturingcompanies with a staff strengthof over 500.
• Exceptional leadership qualityis required.
• Applicants must be target-driven and goal-oriented, leveraging technology and teamwork to achieve set goals.

Remuneration
Remuneration is above industry average.
