We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production and Facility Manager

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all machinery within the factory
• Minor repairs of all machinery within the factory
• Supervision of outside vendors during the repair of machinery within the factory
• Procurement of new machinery to ensure production standards and targets are met
• Design of new machinery to enhance production standards and targets
• Ensure the company’s quality control measures are adhered to during production
• To ensure and implement safety standards on factory floor
• To oversee the factory workers handling all machinery within the factory.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• 1-2 years post NYSC experience working in a similar role
• Cross functional experience, eg. operations, engineering, etc.

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of machine repairs and maintenance
• Good understanding of factory operations.
