We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze company’s overall financial performance, liquidity position, cash flow, budget performance and all other financial activities
• Perform analysis of profitability, product pricing/ strategy and forecasting
• Perform trend analysis, investment portfolio management, cash and asset liability management
• Participate and assist in all regulatory, audit and compliance related matters
• Ensure preparation of daily Statement of Condition, Income & Expense Statement, monthly financial statements, reporting including reconciliations, month end reporting and quarterly call reports
• Work in concert with Operations area to ensure accurate and timely workflow; monitor all audit reports and transactions as assigned
• Ensure that all financial and accounting policies are up to date.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1-2 years’ experience as an accountant
• Excellent ICT skills
• Experience working with accounting software
• Women preferable.
