Job Description

• A Beverage company is looking to recruit a sales-driven, customer-focused sales officer to lead our sales staff and figure out the most effective ways to boost company sales.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain long-term consumer relationships.
• Make phone calls to potential consumers to explain the company's products and encourage them to buy.
• Answer clients' questions and, if necessary, elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products.
• Keep track of all transactions, book customer appointments, and customer complaints in a precise manner.
• Work with the marketing department to guarantee that the company's target demographic is reached.
• Notify product developers of potential product upgrades and modifications to guarantee that corporate products fit current market demands.
• Creating cost-benefit evaluations for potential and current consumers to discover the best buying options.
• Examine the products of competitors to assess product characteristics, benefits, flaws, and market success.

Qualifications

• Possess either an OND, NCE, HND, BSc. in any field
• 0 - 2 years of working experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
