Our component companies are licensed and regulated either by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide Investment Banking, Fund Management, Financial Advisory and Stockbroking services to our discerning clientele.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Intern

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Internship

Roles / Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing client document filing-electronic and physical.
• Responsible for calling clients for spot checks.
• Responsible for Account Opening Packages stock keeping.
• Update of all client information on new core banking application- Symplus
• Rotation as Front Desk Officer (Relief) acrossNorrenberger subsidiaries.
• Other client Services related duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Lead.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
• Competence/proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as - Ms. Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Excellent record keeping
• Soft skills such as Teamwork, initiative Utilization, time management, and multi-tasking.
