Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Objective

• To provide Leadership to the field sales force and drive brilliant execution of sales and customer marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive the sustainable commercial viability of the products across territories.
• Drive the forecasting of future sales volumes to assist with the commercial strategic plan.
• Achieve agreed profitable sales volume and value targets.
• Feed into the demand process to optimize the quality, accuracy, clarity of inputs as a critical factor in the wider business sales and operational objectives.
• Develop and implement the Sales strategy.
• Build a sales force with capability via embedding coaching as a way of life within the field sales organization.
• Ensure that the company's business management standards and controls are applied across all aspects of the business.
• Develop & maintain effective relationships with key Customers within the Business Area.
• Explored and identified Price-Pack Architecture opportunities in the market which led to broadening and strengthening the market position and profit potential of the region.
• Ensure that KC business management standards and controls are applied across all aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Possess a University Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration.
• An MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field would be an advantage.
• Have over ten (10+) years experience of successful sales in management level within a reputable/multinational company, ideally in a FMCG.
• Previous experience of working in FMCG (dairy and JNSD industry would be an added advantage).
