Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Arepo, Ogun

Job Summary

• As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to various projects, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success. Also, you would be responsible for planning and coordinating project activities which includes but not limited to scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for funding.
• Assist the Program Manager and Finance Officer in the development and management of budget for each project.
• Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among team members.
• Maintain project calendar and milestones.
• Organize appropriate meetings as it relates to projects.
• Prepare periodic project reports based on accurate and evidence-based data or information.
• Work with the M & E officer to conduct surveys and analyze data on a quarterly basis and make recommendations to improve the project based on the findings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders relevant to the role.
• Carry out cost savings/variance analysis between actual and planned budget/expenditure for the department.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by your direct supervisor or Managing Director.
• Ensure timely and good-quality implementation of work.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• 3 - 4 years of professional working experience in project management or a similar position.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and executing complex strategies
• Track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects
• Commercially and financially astute
• Substantial and proven industry experience

Remuneration
N100,000 monthly gross.
