We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • In this role, you will be responsible for provding support to the Managing Director by performing administrative duties as well as managing calendars, making travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes, and preparing reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including making appointments and priotizing the most sensitive matters
  • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform minor accounting duties
  • Submit daily report on tasks carried out to the Managing Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Academic qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications BSc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA / MSc in relevant field (Abroad) will only be considered

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant.

Competency and Skill Requirements:
Technical Skills:

  • Google Suite proficiency
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools and applications (e.g. e-calendars)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Diplomatic and tactful.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, give instructions, and be accountable for results
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Attitude:

  • Must act with tact and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to use discretionary judgment and make solid decisions
  • Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with stakeholders (clients, influencers, agencies etc.) in an assertive and professional way.

Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 monthly.
