Dunn and Braxton Limited - Our client is a fast growing Interior Décor Retail Chain that specializes importation, distribution and Sales of Interior Accessories and Household items to both wholesale and retail customers.

Job Description

• As part of its growth plan, Our client business has developed an online platform to cater to a wider range of customers. Hence, the need for an Order Fulfilment Officer that will manage all orders and sales activities from its online/digital channels and in-premise sales support and logistics.

Job Objectives

• This role will be responsible for managing the ecommerce website and social media marketing and sales; attend to customers’ orders, provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for the business.

Responsibilities

• Managing e-commerce website and online orders.
• Processing customer orders.
• Managing logistics.
• Collaborating with delivery stakeholders.
• Verifying packages.
• Verify and resolve customer’s complaints.
• Create daily shipping log.
• Monitoring social media and online industry trends.
• Managing social media accounts.

Requirements

• OND / HND in Marketing or its relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years’ Experience in related field.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications and Goggle Drive.
• Candidate MUST have good work ethics.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude.
• Organizational skills, multitasking, effective communication, computer proficiency, and customer focus.

Remuneration
Base Pay is N70,000 - N80,000.00 monthly (Net)
