Job Title:  Demand and Sales Planner

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client requires the service of a  Demand and Sales Planner to optimally manage all production services activities relating to sales planning, material forecasting and planning to achieve world-class manufacturing standards.

Job Description

  • Facilitates Demand Review meeting every 2 weeks: review forecast vs demand.
  • Attends weekly collaborative planning meeting with a list of supply issues and past performance statistics / KPI’s for executive decision
  • Provides data for Sales & Operation Planning meeting: Prepare S&OP documentation, reports, and agenda.
  • Supply Planning: Generate production, capacity, and procurement plans to meet unconstraint requirements.
  • Run scenarios on capacity and capability.
  • Forecast accuracy / stability trending weekly & monthly Process adherence trending
  • Manages On-time In-Full (OTIF)
  • Sales report generation Sales History trending by item by month. Sales profitability growth trending
  • Intelligence (Market, Seasonality, Collaboration, Events, and Promotions).

Qualification and Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or other relevant numerate disciplines
  • Other Professional certificates will be an advantage
  • 2 - 4 years experience
  • Order fulfillment process
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S& OP)
  • Customer Collaboration Process
  • Forecasting
  • Inventory management
  • Providing Motivational Support
  • Managing Change
  • Influencing Others
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills.
