Job Title: Social Media Officer

Overview

• The successful candidate will use social media means to create engaging content - including production and editing pictures, videos, animations, and sharing marketing content across various social media channels to engage relevant audience and drive traffic.

• Plan, organize and manage all social media pages and create e-mail campaigns, and relevant creative content to drive traffic and increase conversions on the company social media platforms
• Lead the planning and execution of the social media marketing strategies to promote services to customers
• Work with other team members to identify suitable seminars, events, and tradeshows
• Investigate, recommend, and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding marketing revenue targets and developing plans to make up for any shortfalls in revenue
• Use Google Analytics and other social media tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
• Ensure all new and existing products are uploaded on all social media platforms, website and available business systems
• Responsible for overall execution of social media marketing campaigns and activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum of B.Sc with 1 year social media marketing experience and basic graphics design
• Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to increase online brand awareness
• Social media marketing experience and solid understanding of product conversion
• Experience in creating digital content including photo and video production
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with other team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong eye for details.
