Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Setup and management of cloud ERP system (Odoo preferably)
- Setup, configuration, management and support of cloud servers
- Familiarity in PC setup, administration and support
- PBX and voice over IP network design, implementation and support
- Microsoft applications installation, administration and support
- Antivirus system installation, administration and support
- LAN/WAN design, implementation and support
- Remote system administration and support
- Email setup, administration and support
- Web application development
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Computer Science
- At least 2 years’ experience as an IT Support personnel
- Proficiency in Python programming language (Required)
- Certifications such as Microsoft, SQL and Oracle
- Knowledge of security protocols and database system
- Ability to take ownership
- Willing to resume immediately.
