Vicabi Guards Nigeria Limited is a new vibrant, professional, tactical Security Guards Services with focus on Crime Prevention, Investigation and Detection etc. and providing trained and licensed security to government parastatals, educational institutions, and private businesses, commercial and residential needs, and which is managed by experienced security experts with the concept of “Risk Management (the modern methods of collectively identifying potential and actual sources of accidental loss to business)” in mind is now established. We also offer CCTV surveillance, video walls, projectors as well as emergency response services. And our security operatives work with the latest technological gadgets all in a bid to ensure optimal security.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, information violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers, obtain help by sounding alarms.
• Complete report by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Control traffic by directing drivers; maintain the environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements, etc.
• Monitoring video surveillance system and reviewing footage if necessary
• Responding to alarms and calls of security concern
• Keeping daily logs of activities and any issues addressed
• Answering phones and responding to other inquiries at the security desk
• Alerting authorities if needed for emergencies or security breaches

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Experience of military/paramilitary will be an added advantage.
