Job Description

• Our client is urgently seeking to hire a Document Controller who will support the head office Document Controller to ensure that all documents are professionally handled.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop document management system for head office and sites, ensuring a systematic approach to storing and archiving documents, either through a local server or cloud server.
• Lead document controllers in head office and on all project sites to ensure all documents (e.g., project plans, technical drawings, blueprints, vendor contracts, stock reports, certificates, invoices, etc.,) are received, archived, and properly organized.
• Coordinate with all department heads to ensure relevant documents are being filed properly both in hard and soft copies.
• Support head office document controllers in performing data entry tasks.
• Ensure certifications, insurances and other related documents are up to date and collaborate with respective business departments for the required updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years experience working as a Document Controller in a reputable construction company.
• Core Skill: Finance or Accounting.
