We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mobilization Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze collected information from the target locations and prepare summaries, briefing notes, implementation plans and roadmaps;
• Prepare and implement a coordinated response to the needs of the communities or group.
• Keep Program supervisor informed on any issues related to logistics in field level.
• To check the translation of technical/program documents to ensure the correct/appropriate message is disseminated
• Ensure the target individualsand communities/ groupsare met and proper information is given to them with regards to the current project being run.
• Organise transportation and other logistics for individuals and groups.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales, public works or community mobilization or related area is required.
• Skills in Communication and People Management is required.
• Knowledge of at least 3 local languages is an added advantage.
• Great Interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High level of maturity, responsibility and accountability;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for diversity. Capability to create strong partnerships among all program stakeholders.
• Must reside around Ikoyi and its environs.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 monthly
