Job Title: Counselor and Therapist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Remotely
Summary
- We seek to engage the services of qualified Counselors and Therapist who can function either as Volunteers or as paid staff of the foundation.
- Working options are Full time work hours and remotely
Job Description
- To identify and diagnose emotional, psychological and behavioral issues in our callers, develops and implements treatment plans.
- Must be available to provide private, confidential sessions in person or online.
Qualifications
- The candidate is required to possess a Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Sociology
- At least 5 years practice and experience as a qualified Counselor and Therapist
- A Master's Degree will be of further advantage.
- Our ideal candidate should be able to conduct online counseling meet with our callers remotely and in person to identify emotional traumas in their lives and help provide counseling for them to manage the situations better.

- Have motivational skills.
- Have patience and empathy.
- Be able to inspire trust and confidence in people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Be able to explain complex issues to people who have little or no specialist knowledge.
