Job Description

• As part of our growth strategy, we urgently require the service a Customer Support Office to join our sales team.
• The job description includes but not limited to responding large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing solutions to customers, Building sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile, servicing customers LPOs,
• Keeping records of all conversations and information of prospects in a comprehensible way. He or She must be a resident of Festac/Amuwo Odofin/Isolo areas of Lagos or their environs.

Requirements

• Our ideal candidate should possess an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from any discipline with relevant ICT / Computer skills and good phone etiquette.

Salary & Conditions of Work
Salary and terms of work are fair (Mondays to Fridays) with Health Insurance.
