We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property Marketer

Location: Island, Lagos

Job Roles / Responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential and already existing customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales,scheduled customer appointments,and customer complaints.
• Analyzing competitors'products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls,and market success.
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads;schedule and follow through on call switch leads and current customers
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

Job Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Previous sales experience in a bank or real estate firm is an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
