Job Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies.
- Provide best professional advice to prospects / clients in acquiring landed properties.
- Oversee the marketing team.
- Manage the marketing budget and perform analysis on marketing strategy effectiveness.
- Determine client's need and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Find client's in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising and business presentations.
- And other duties related to a marketing manager that may arise from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Applicant must reside within Jabi area of Abuja.
