We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for welcoming visitors into the office.
• Keep and update a daily phone log
• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products.
• Invite Business associates for meetings and seminars via text messages and emails.
• Answer phone calls and if needed, direct callers to the appopriate personnel.
• Must have a good communication skills.
• Such related duties as assigned to the employee.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Applicant must reside within Jabi area of Abuja.
