PWAN-Prime Investments and Properties Limited is a Real Estate Marketing and Development Company; providing our clients with the best affordable real estate options (both commercial and residential properties) in Africa. Our story is beyond what we do but about what drives us as a company. That drive is our vision to make home ownership dream a reality for as many people as possible and our mission to discover affordable lands in fast developing areas; purchase them in bulk and make them available to clients.

Since inception in 2017, that drive has built us a reputation for service delivery, developing our lands as serviced estates; providing running water; electricity; drainage; paved roads and security. Hence, the confidence that the properties we provide guarantees high return on investment. Interestingly, we evolved from the vision of our parent body, PWAN Homes; and were incorporated on November 28, 2017. We are the sixth business office to unfold from the PWAN Group. Our properties are spread across the federation with physical presence in Lagos State, Ogun State, Enugu State, Owerri in Imo State, Uyo in Akwa Ibom State, Calabar in Cross River State and Asaba in Delta State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.

Skills:

  • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with client.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
