Fidelity Bond Group Limited, a player in the financial services sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Export Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Export Documentation from Pro-forma Invoice, NXP, BL, Customs document.
• Managing the seamless movement of the consignments to the port and then the destination.
• To meet the end line of shipment as per schedule.
• Ensure zero detention charges for empty containers.
• Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all-new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.
• Administering export procedures and documentation and effective liaison with Nigerian Customs, sales departments, cashew plants, and Logistics department, etc.
• Coordinating with government Authorities for various requirements connected to the export handling.

Criteria

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 7 - 10 years of work experience.
• Should be already working in an exports company / C&F agent primarily doing exports.
• Should have a good network and relationship in Inspection agency, Customs, Port authorities, shipping lines.
