We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Rivers, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River and Edo
Employment Type: Full - time

Job Description

• Develop and implement initiatives to attract new projects, clients and penetrate new markets
• Identify, qualify and cultivate new business opportunities through high profile business relationships and channel partnerships
• Execute on prospecting activities associated with the company's business plans and objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and high profile prospects
• Update and maintain the company CRM tool with all relevant details associated with prospecting activities
• Responsible for managing your assigned territory and achieving sales targets
• Build and maintain professional networks

Expectations:

• Qualify prospects and new sales leads
• Initiate, manage, and retain relationships with clients.
• Pursue and close big-ticket deals to meet or exceed sales target
• Develop growth strategies and plans
• Increasing client base
• Negotiate with stakeholders
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs

Requirements

• Experience of 5 years in a sales or business development environment
• Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot, spreadsheets, etc to log and analyze information to make data-driven business decisions will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Critical thinking skills, analytical and organized
• Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Ability to create a business from existing and future contacts
