Job Description
- Develop and implement initiatives to attract new projects, clients and penetrate new markets
- Identify, qualify and cultivate new business opportunities through high profile business relationships and channel partnerships
- Execute on prospecting activities associated with the company's business plans and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and high profile prospects
- Update and maintain the company CRM tool with all relevant details associated with prospecting activities
- Responsible for managing your assigned territory and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain professional networks
Expectations:
- Qualify prospects and new sales leads
- Initiate, manage, and retain relationships with clients.
- Pursue and close big-ticket deals to meet or exceed sales target
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Increasing client base
- Negotiate with stakeholders
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
Requirements
- Experience of 5 years in a sales or business development environment
- Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot, spreadsheets, etc to log and analyze information to make data-driven business decisions will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Critical thinking skills, analytical and organized
- Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Ability to create a business from existing and future contacts
