We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Lead

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Get feedback on previous day's performance, customer complaints, riders’ complaints and overall feedback.
• Ensure previous days’ issues are sorted and not repeated.
• Get targets for the day, and Area/Location/Merchants to work with.
• Update Google Form for every Order to track your daily completed orders
• Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
• Writing reports for senior managers.
• Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
