We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Helpdesk Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The right candidate will be a single point of contact to end users, for reporting of complaints in relation to any maintenance or general services.
• The candidate shall log the call and details of the complaint.
• Faults and problems shall be reported and assignedas follows:-
• Verbally - phone calls, face-to-face engagement, written notes etc
• Electronically - email, SAP software etc
• Inform the customer of the expected actions and resolution time
• Record details of the call, a description of the problem or request, and the actions required
• Pass the details to the responsible service provider to take necessary action(s).
• Co-ordinate with the responsible service provider, keep track of the problem and actions until satisfactory resolution, and keep the user informed of progress.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
