Job Title: Helpdesk Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The right candidate will be a single point of contact to end users, for reporting of complaints in relation to any maintenance or general services.
- The candidate shall log the call and details of the complaint.
- Faults and problems shall be reported and assignedas follows:-
- Verbally - phone calls, face-to-face engagement, written notes etc
- Electronically - email, SAP software etc
- Inform the customer of the expected actions and resolution time
- Record details of the call, a description of the problem or request, and the actions required
- Pass the details to the responsible service provider to take necessary action(s).
- Co-ordinate with the responsible service provider, keep track of the problem and actions until satisfactory resolution, and keep the user informed of progress.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
