We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Location: Rivers

Job Description

• Oversee catering business providers
• Prepare and organize set up outlines, production sheets, seating plans, meal plans
• Ensure pre and post-service tasks are completed and staff are assigned sections and duties
• Lead expedition of meal preparation, liaising with the kitchen and client / food to the dining room
• Ensure order discrepancies are quickly resolved in a calm and professional manner
• Supervise the floor during the event/during service; respond to client & guest concerns
• Ensure closing duties are completed with attention to detail
• Document service issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

• OND qualification
• 2 years of event experience, catering / site facility preferred
• Supervisory or management experience in a catering, fine dining or upscale restaurant
• Deep understanding and practical knowledge of restaurant business principles and service etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective team management experience
• A dedicated approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands.
