Nlightin Limited is creating growth opportunities in the integrated facility management, tapping into a large market currently consuming facility management, estate management, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Inventory Officer

Location: Rivers

Responsibilities

• Verifying and recording approximately purchases and sales per month
• Report and distribute results to appropriate people/departments
• Perform ongoing analysis of inventory; propose, design, and implement systems to facilitate obtaining inventory goals to help bring down inventory levels (identify, obsolete, slow moving inventory
• Accounting for movement of materials at different locations trucks and barges
• Recording and accounting for sales, memo sales, lease activity
• Reporting to Operations on the inventory position, which is used in the planning of future moves
• Assisting the financial closing team in the review of significant differences between forecasted and actual volume
• Reconciliation of inventory balances to third party statements
• Resolving discrepancies related to material movements
• Identifying root cause of problems and taking proper action to resolve them

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of inventory is a must.
• Scheduling experience in a oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Previous exposure to a fast past, high energy and demanding trading environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a necessity.
