Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Requirements

• HND in Business Administration or related discipline
• 2+ years work experience
• Good communications skills and use of English
• Excellent in Nonverbal communication skills
• Use use of office management suites.

Salary
N110,000 Gross Monthly.
