Pleasure Rider, an E-Hailing taxi service company that is expanding its business to other regions, is currently recruiting competent candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Lead

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ownership and management of IT improvement projects
• Management of the ICT Backend operations of the company.
• Responsible for 24/7 availability and service quality of the ICT infrastructure.
• Ensure technology and system upgrades are integrated and adopted successfully to allow organizational goals to be met on time.
• Write, develop, and maintain IT documentation for both IT staff and end-users to minimize downtime.
• Proactively identify gaps in compliance requirements
• Regularly perform internal system audits to ensure the company maintains compliance requirements for its customers.
• Resolve any technical issues for internal team/customers as to when needed
• Relay feedback and provide ongoing suggestions to the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or Information and Communications Technology
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in managing ICT Back-End operations for an E-hailing taxi service company is a plus
• Ability to flawlessly integrate system changes without disruptions to operations.
• Excellent technical/programming knowledge is imperative.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
