Pleasure Rider, an E-Hailing taxi service company that is expanding its business to other regions is currently recruiting competent candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office / Customer Service Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Keep front desk clean, tidy and presentable.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward every customer / client atall times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Resolving customer complaints and recording details of the action taken
• Direct request and unresolved complaints / grievances to the designated staff for further investigation.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, requests, comments and complaints.
• Provide weekly report to line manager
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalated as at when needed.
• Collect feedback regarding the company’s products / services from clients/customers and share it with the line manager.
• Oversees the daily marketing campaign of the company.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in English, Social Science or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a customer service officer
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suits
• Good Record Management and organizational skills.
• Proven customer service experience in an e-hailing taxi service is a plus
• Customer orientation and ability to handle different types of customer behaviour
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
