Job Title: Finance / Administration Manager

Location: PortHarcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Daily accounting records keeping.
• Manage the administration of the office and workforce.
• Act as a focal point on all finance and Admin related issues.
• Drive financial plans for the company and ensure compliance with relevant government agencies.
• Maintain the accounting system of all company’s project
• Ensure full documentation of the inflow and outflow of funds, utilize standard accounting procedures, and prepare daily financial records.
• Prepares quarterly financial Reports for the company board in consultation with the Business Manager.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisory/managerial role
• Ability to company accounting requirements and day to day financial records.
• Experience in transportation service or e-hailing taxi or any other service-based company.
• Proven experience in the use of Accounting software
• Ability to interpret financial information and recommend further courses of action;
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
