Job Title: Operations (Business) Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Providing strategic growth and management direction for the company.
• Overall administration of company processes and systems.
• Resolve any operational issues when needed
• Carry out quarterly market analysis of the business and operating environment with a view to aligning for better profit.
• Plan company finances, make projections and set KPIs for the workforce.
• Ensures that feedback on service delivery are reviewed and appropriate steps are taken to maintain user and customer loyalty.
• Prepares monthly operations reports for top management and Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in an e-hailing taxi serviceis a plus
• Strong administrative competence and ability to grow a company from infancy.
• A good understanding of the development stages of startups, particularly in the transportation industry.
• The candidate must be conversant with government policies relating to the business at local, state and federal levels.
• A good understanding of the E-hailing taxi service operations and models in Nigeria.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
