We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Data Analyst will have advanced MS Excel skills - Proven ability to create interactive dashboards, views and reports on large and complex datasets using advanced capabilities including, but not limited to advanced functions, Interactive Tools, Interactive and Static Charting, Power Query / Power View, Symbols & Conditional Formatting.

Responsibilities

• The employee will be needed to analyze the data from excel.
• Make decisions whether to approve or reject a set of submissions.
• The employee must have a deep understanding of how Excel works as well as the functions
• Sales team attendance management
• Prepare sales reports across sales and marketing Cadres
• Gathering data from primary and secondary sales sources to identify and interpret trends.
• Documenting processes and maintaining data records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Business or other discipline required.
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• 4+ years of Sales reporting experience required; Sales data analysis experience preferred (FMCG) background
• Demonstrated ability to manage small projects or workstreams of larger projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiative and creativity required.
• Proficiency with data visualization preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment and seek direction when needed.
• Understanding of and appreciation for basic data privacy concepts and principles (e.g., the importance of securing data at rest and in transit, ensuring data is used in a way that is consistent with the intended purpose).
