Job Title: Benefit Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs,policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing new compensation, benefits programs, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all programs, policies and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Supporting HR's Team with recruitment and talent management activities.
- Developing profit sharing incentives and employee's wellness and performance management programs.
- Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefit activities.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) with 1 - 2 years experience.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
