Job Title: Facility Management Officer
Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations (electricity, etc.) and refurbishments
- Maintain and repair of buildings and equipment
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of all fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Manage all aspect od building projects in the premises
- Liaise with the corporate office
- Deal with emergencies as they arise oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
- Draft maintenance reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
