Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• To maximize the lounge profitability by implementing effective controls of drinks and kitchen costs.
• Ensure the bar and kitchen stock levels are maintained and monitored by making sure proper inventory records are kept.
• Attend to customers' complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation in order to choose the most effective solutions then take decisions based on previous experiences and good judgment.
• Assign duties and instruct bar and kitchen staff in details of work.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
• Maintain the highest level of employee-customer relations.
• Prepare and submit daily situation and activity reports of the lounge directly to the MD.
• Liaise with all vendors for timely supply and also with the finance team for timely payment to avoid delays in the supply of bar and kitchen items.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports of all sales and inventory are sent to the MD.

Qualification and Requirements

• B.Sc in any field.
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Good Leadership and managerial skill.
• Good Negotiation and persuasive skill.
• A Good Communication and correspondence skill.
• Must possess a good project management skill.
• Ability to work with little or less supervision.
• Must have a good Team spirit.
