Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Abridged Responsibilities

  • To drive the company's engagement on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Engaging key decision makers on LinkedIn to propose our services.
  • Identifying and reaching out to SMEs to propose outsourcing their HR function to BP Solutions.
  • Devising growth strategies for the business.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of B2B sales.

Person Specification:

  • Sound/intelligent
  • Result-oriented
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills.

Competencies:

  • Understanding of sales channels
  • Knowledgeable in LinkedIn marketing.
  • Access/connections to key associations.

Salary
N960,000 - N1,400,000 annually.
