Link Credit is an automated lending service focused on increasing access to credit to financially under-served / excluded individuals in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collection Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of BSc./ HND.
• 2 years experience
• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of office and accounting software.
• Patience and resilience.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with state debt collection laws.

Work Scgedule:

• Monday to Saturday: 9am to 5. 30pm.

Salary
N55,000 Monthly + Bonus: N20,000.
