Job Title: TeleSales Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Conducting research, preparing and organizing strategic sessions to drive departmental sales.
- Implementing sales stratgeies.
- Introduce product to potential customers and follow up on existing customers.
- Periodically appriase team performance with adequate reporting of achievments and fall outs sent to the management.
- Actively engaged in the training and development of junior staffs for optimum productivity.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
- Assist the management in setting sales target for the team.
- Constant improvement of sales scripts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum experience of 2 years and 1 year experience in a managerial position.
- Cognitive knowledge of online marketing strategy.
- Adequate knowledge of Mircosoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Good writing, communication, planning and executing skills.
- Experience in a fintech company is an added advantage.
