Job Title: Investment Strategist
Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Line Manager
Brief Description
We are in need of an experienced candidate, knowledgeable on Investment opportunities, principles and regulatory legislation. He or She will be responsible for developing an investment offering list for clients, providing organizational management with recommendations on securing investment opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities
- Research and bring in investors.
- Creating overall investment goals
- Increase the company’s income through investment opportunities.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in
- Order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement
- Operational changes
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Providing management with feedback.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world of Real Estate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
- Strong background in Asset Allocation, Portfolio Management.
- At least three years’ work experience in the field
Required Skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Marketing skills, strategy development and implementation.
- A deep understanding of Investment principles
- Negotiation skills
- Project management abilities in order to successfully oversee multiple business initiatives.
- Must be able to evaluate the organization's financial needs and select appropriate investments that will meet its financial goals.
- Detail Oriented.
Remuneration
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly
