Job Title: Warranty Advisor

Locations: Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Key Responsibilities

• Apply the dealership warranty an goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
• Submit accurate and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor daily and weekly reports and ensure compliance with company's policy and industry guidelines amongst other

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in relevant discipline plus 3-5 years relevant experience and extensive knowledge of computer applications
