Job Summary

  • The role holder will be responsible for customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests who visit the organization and coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  • The role holder will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including the provision of support to staff and executives, assisting in daily office operations, ensuring that the work environment is clean and conducive at all times.
  • The ideal role holder will be the first point of contact for the organization and should be calm, urbane, cultivated, fluent and with a pleasant personality.

Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
  • Answer questions and address complaints from customers and employees
  • Be responsible for all inbound and outbound calls and redirect them or keep messages as may be required
  • Provision of support for all projects and operations of the company as may be required.
  • Ensure long lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the organization and her Clients.
  • Partake in the development, implementation and monitoring of project teams and budgets
  • Contribute to the preparation of administrative budget
  • Ensure that the work environment is in prim and conducive working conditions at all times.
  • Ensure that tracking of the company’s stock is repeatable and scalable.
  • Manage correspondences and redirect appropriately
  • Prepare meeting materials and rendezvous
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field from any recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good working knowledge of B2B communication
  • A good knowledge of consumer psychology.
