Job Title: Sales Exceutive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
The Role shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:
- Ensure that the monthly laid down sales target is met.
- Identifying and following up on prospective clients within a defined area and/or target reach
- Open new relationships with genuine potentials to develop into profitable long-term clients.
- Source for viable clients for all core services.
- Coordinate appointments to show the property to prospective buyers.
- Book prospects meetings with clients to identify and progress business opportunities
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property.
- Determine clients’ needs and ascertain financial ability to purchase or rent the desired property
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Requirements
- Degree in any field with at least 2 year of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Previous work in marketing for real estate, architecture, design or construction industries is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, flexible & proactive
- Solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team
- Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
