N. N. Fems Industries Limited is a leading manufacturing FMCG (Cosmetics) company with head office in Lagos and over twenty four (24) Depot outlets Pan-Nigeria and across the African markets. We are in the genre of hair creams and relaxers, body creams and other varieties of beauty and personal care products that have gained leadership in the Nigerian market with increasing acceptance in the international markets as well.

As part of our strategy to be the dominant player in our industry we are seeking to hire outstanding target-driven, result-focused achievers with proven track-records and “a can-do attitude” to drive our Production chemistry/Quality Assurance and Marketing Departments as well as our Regional Sales coordination.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location:

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Should champion the design, articulation and implementation of effective cosmetics marketing strategies and activities aimed at meeting customer needs enhancing brand equity and ultimately increasing revenue generation for the organization to meet stipulated company objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Demonstrate FMCG (cosmetics) marketing skills and company product knowledge.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales dept. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.
  • Budget management to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing print production, receipt and distribution.
  • Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
  • Manage the entire cosmetics products life line cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Conduct market research in order to identify market trends/requirements for current and future products.
  • Develop and implements company-wide plan to push/pull products, working with all departments for its execution
  • Analyze possible potential strategic partner relationships for product lines including other functions as may be determined by the Management.
