Job Title: Head of Marketing Services

Location: Ajah (LBS Axis), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Drive digital / traditional / physical - on-site Marketing
• Craft the social marketing strategy to make the product known to a wider but target audience
• Organise product lunch in strategic cities to make the product known to a wider but target audience
• Identify and attend trade fairs within the country and beyond to make the product known to a wider but target audience
• Identify relevant architectural and other players in the building / construction Companies to partner with on this product
• Liaise with relevant MDGs / Government departments
• Manage existing clientele, add new ones as well as managing enquiries.
• Any other strategy that will contribute to the development of the Product
• Drive team to deliver on sales objective and targets
• Manage inspection exercises ensuring client's specifications match property presented
• Provide training for Sales and Marketing team ensuring total improvement on assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• He/she must have 5 -10 years of experience as a sales/marketing professional in real estate.
• Good knowledge of the Real estate market is added advantage
• Must be sociable and have excellent communication skills.
• Flawless communication in more than one Nigerian language is added advantage
• Great sense of fashion and ability to drive will be added advantage.

Monthly Salary
To be negotiated with the employer + Official Car + Commission.
