Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Calabar
Responsibilities
- Reports to the sales Director and has supervisory role over the Sales Executives, Sales Representative and Depot Admin officer.
- Supervise the formulation of the sales, marketing, distribution & field plans to achieve the company's strategic objectives;
- Optimize direct end-user/stable market, premium price potentials for bulk, jumbo and height volume bag sales to
- maximize contribution to overall sales
- Maintain and grow existing key accounts customers
- Develop prospective/viable key accounts customers.
- Identify attract and retain industrial/other direct- user segment in core south south and south East Nigeria market
- Establish and maintain relationship with decision makers in government, construction companies, building societies and professional bodies like NIA, NIOB & NSE ETC
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualification and Experience
- A good university degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering (preferably civil Engineering). A Good MBA will be an added advantage.
- A Minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
Special Job Skills:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong people management and training skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
The Person:
- Age between 30 - 45 years.
- Proactive, Self-motivated and Disciplined.
