Job Title: Key Accounts Supervisor
Location: Calabar
Responsibilities
- Reports to the key accounts manager and has supervisory role over the Sales Executives and Sales Representative.
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned key accounts. Initiate and maintain channels of communications with construction companies and key customers in the field.
- Feed management with continuous reports on all Competitors movements (marketing intelligence reports)
- Ensure that Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to and make recommendations for improvement.
- Carry out additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the key Accounts Manager.
Qualification and Experience
- A good university degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering (preferably civil engineering ). A Good MBA will be an added advantage.
- A Minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
Special Job Skills:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong people management and training skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
The Person:
- Age between 30 - 45 years.
- Proactive, Self-motivated and Disciplined.
